Mr. H. Neu is a Senior Research Scientist with the Canadian Department of Fisheries and Oceans at the Bedford Institute of Oceanography, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. A specialist for 27 years in estuarine and coastal hydrodynamics, he has studied the physical oceanography of the major waterways across Caanada as well as on the continental shelf and in the Northwest Atlantic.
