Scientists tell us the huge Canadian megadams produce methane and other greenhouse gases. Megadams produce the neurotoxin methyl mercury, poisoning indigenous communities and negatively impacting the ability for boreal forests to sequester CO2. Accepting this electricity is also morally wrong and implicit in cultural genocide.
